When dealing with a major issue with a boiler system control panel that controls 4 boilers providing heating and hot water for 97 households in a block in London, our Senior Property Troy Richards got to work fast, pro actively liaising with the contracted boiler engineer, who was able to get the system bypassed until a new control panel arrived, which resulted in the heating and hot water only being down for a minimal amount of time.

The situation highlighted the effectiveness of our on-line portal as all leaseholders and residents were kept updated via the portal throughout.

The fault has since been completely rectified and we have received great feedback regarding our communication throughout what must have been a stressful time for residents.
